I work alone about 99% of the time, and it has a dramatic impact on how I use my time. If I'm under the gun on orders, my in-box gets neglected, especially if the message requires more that a yes/no response. The best way to get anything beyond a two line response is to call me. I can work and talk at the same time, but my poor typing skills demand 100% of my focus!

Perhaps Blue Moon's best support resource is the forum. The forum regulars are always helpful in answering questions and making suggestons. Many of these folks have far more time on their Blue Moon kites than I ever will. Plus, who better to give you an honest opinion of a kite than the person who's spent their hard-earned money on one?
